There is a fee of £36.60 for the twelve sessions. If you are successful, you will be required to pay for the whole term in advance. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancelled sessions or sessions which your child is absent for.
I know these will be popular and we have space for sixteen children per session. Children who didn’t get to take part last year will get priority then places will be picked at random. If your child is unsuccessful this term, they will be a priority during the next selection, should they wish to apply again.
Sessions finish at 4.15pm. Children should be picked up promptly from the main entrance. Children should come to school dressed in their PE kit for the full day of school if they are attending the after-school club. They can bring shin-pads, football socks and football boots (please make sure they can either tie them independently or are slip on ones) as most sessions will be on the field.
If you would like your child to take part in the sessions, please complete this Microsoft form by Tuesday 15th September. School will let children know who has been successful on Friday 19th September and you will then be able to pay via ParentPay. Thank you for your understanding with this tight turnaround.
Many thanks, Jane Cooke (Y6 Teacher and PE Leader)
