Upcoming Flu Vaccinations: Action Required
Dear Parents and Carers,
The Leeds Immunisation Team will be visiting school on Wednesday 18 November 2026 to administer free seasonal flu vaccinations (nasal spray) to the children (Reception to Year 6).
Please submit your consent or refusal for your child using the link provided in the attached letter.
The online consent portal will close exactly one week before the visit, so please make sure to submit your response by Wednesday 11 November 2026.
We wanted to share this early to give everyone plenty of time to respond.
