Dear parent/carer,

All the KS2 children, who have returned their reply slip for this Saturday's cross country race at Cardinal Heenan, have been entered into the race.  These children will have a printed number with a chip for recording times.  Your child will keep the same number for subsequent cross country races.

The Year 3&4 Girls race will start at 10am. Year 3&4 Boys will be the second race.  Year 5&6 Girls the third and Year 5&6 Boys the fourth race. 

The Year 3 and 4 children are running 1.6km and Year 5 and 6 1.8km. 

I will be at the race to meet you from 9.30am.  Please note, we are still waiting for our new teardrop flag to arrive so I'll will be more difficult to spot.  I will try to stand close to the finish line up on the brow of the hill.

Your child will take home an ASJ top on Friday.  Please could I ask that these are washed and returned for Monday as we need these for a football match next Thursday.
