Dear Parents and Carers, Sports Day is on Tuesday, 17th June (as part of our Healthy Living Week)

If any of our school approved volunteers are willing to help on an event as part of our Sports Day, please email anna.griffin@adel-st-john.leeds.sch.uk. Your role would be to score an event.

Your child may wear a t-shirt in the colour of their house for Sports Day. It is not a problem if you do not have one as we have coloured sashes in school which they can wear. Your child should know which house they are in but if they do not know, please ask them to check with their own class teacher.

Rievaulx Abbey – Red

Fountains Abbey – Yellow

Bolton Abbey – Blue

Kirkstall Abbey – Green

We are hoping that the event won’t take as long as the timings below but we are hoping to have some year group (and maybe adult!?) running races at the end of the round robin event so we have allowed a little longer. The end time is an approximation.

KS2 – 9am – 11:45am

KS1 and EYFS 1pm – 3pm
