Welcome to Spring Term in Year 3!
Happy New Year! We hope you have all had a super Christmas and New Year and are looking forward to the year ahead!
On this page, you should find everything you need to know - our Meet the Teacher Information Evening presentation, curriculum map, knowledge organisers and weekly blog (starting on Friday) are full of information but please contact us should there be anything else you need - please address any emails to both teachers.
Mrs Moleele will be teaching on Mondays and Tuesdays and Miss Christie will teach on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Mrs McDonald and Miss McNamara will be our teaching assistants all week. Miss Smith and Mrs Starkey will cover PPA time.

Stump Cross Caverns!

A fab day today on our trip to Stump Cross Caverns! The children went underground with their special finger torches to see wedding cakes, sandcastles and jewellery boxes formed from stalactites and stalagmites (can you remember which is which, Year 3?!) and had their own mini fossil dig before making an ammonite fossil to take home with them!
Thank you to our parent helpers, Matt and Elizabeth, for coming too! Hope you enjoyed the day!
Due to us being late back, no spellings have gone home tonight but the ones to practise (Week 2’s) are on the half termly sheet sent out on Wednesday and a copy will be on the website. I will leave the paper copy to go out on Monday. Happy weekend!
