Welcome to Year 3
Miss Riches is our class teacher, supported part time by Mrs Pullan, and Mrs Starkey will cover PPA time.
PE days will be Tuesday and Wednesday (swimming).
The first swimming session is Wednesday 16th September.
Reading books will be collected in on a Thursday and sent home on a Thursday.
Spellings will be sent home on a Wednesday and tested on Wednesday.
Mental arithmetic will be tested on a Wednesday.
Please make sure water bottles are brought in each day and pumps are in school for each child.

Happy New Year to you all! Hope you have had a lovely Christmas and a positive New Year so far.
You will find all you need to know about our learning this half term on our class page so please have a look when you get chance.
As you will see on our class page, our RE topic this half term is all about Hinduism and the children have enjoyed learning about the deities today. Then have found out that Hindus worship many gods and goddesses but that they are all formations of the supreme deity, Brahman. Perhaps you could share in your child’s learning about Brahman this weekend.
