Welcome to Year 3
Miss Riches is our class teacher, supported part time by Mrs Pullan, and Mrs Starkey will cover PPA time.
PE days will be Tuesday and Wednesday (swimming).
The first swimming session is Wednesday 16th September.
Reading books will be collected in on a Thursday and sent home on a Thursday.
Spellings will be sent home on a Wednesday and tested on Wednesday.
Mental arithmetic will be tested on a Wednesday.
Please make sure water bottles are brought in each day and pumps are in school for each child.

A classroom full of this much noise and mess and Christmas chatter must mean we’ve made it to the end of a long and busy term! Well done, Year 3! Thank you for a great term of hard work and fun. It’s been a great week to round off all our learning - complaint letters about robots, pneumatic toys and birthday invitations on the computers, not to mention the Christmas party! We wish you all a restful and merry Christmas and hope that 2026 is a great one!
