Welcome to Year 3
Miss Riches is our class teacher, supported part time by Mrs Pullan, and Mrs Starkey will cover PPA time.
PE days will be Tuesday and Wednesday (swimming).
The first swimming session is Wednesday 16th September.
Reading books will be collected in on a Thursday and sent home on a Thursday.
Spellings will be sent home on a Wednesday and tested on Wednesday.
Mental arithmetic will be tested on a Wednesday.
Please make sure water bottles are brought in each day and pumps are in school for each child.

Year 3 have had a great week with lots of learning, ending with a fun Friday afternoon - some story miming, some Francais and even a danceathon for Children in Need!
It was also bit of a sad week as we said goodbye to Oliver. We will be thinking of you next week, Oliver, and hope that you enjoy being reunited with your friends at your new school - they’re lucky to have you. Thank you for being a special part of our class!
